Shipping policy

SHIPPING

For UK and EU orders, our average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. For remote areas, delivery may take between 9 and 13 business days.

Shipping is free on all orders over £15. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of £3.90 will be applied.

Order amendments

If you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however due to the high volume of orders we receive, we may not be able to action your request before your order is dispatched.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure all details are correct. If you notice any errors or need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you make the necessary amendments before your order is dispatched.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any further changes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Failed deliveries

Please ensure you have provided us with accurate and complete delivery information, including your full name, delivery address and contact details. Failure to do so may result in your parcel being returned to us, and we will not be held responsible for any additional shipping costs or fees associated with a failed delivery.

In the event that your parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Please note that reshipment fees may apply, and we will discuss this with you before proceeding.
